• Item subject to availability. We will replace with other similar flower/ wrapper/ ribbon/ other similar content (either by type or by colour) while maintaining the overall look of the flower. Rest assured that value of the item will remain the same/higher.
• Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Best with room temperature or aircond.

REFUND
As flowers are highly perishable items. there will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of flowers are wilted or dead).
FLOWER
Each bouquet received may look a little different from the images due to the availability of types of flowers/foliage/fillers, sizes and colours. Each bouquet is crafted creatively by the magic hand. But generally, the number of stalks should be similar to what you see ♥
DELIVERY TIME
We are not able to cater for any time specific request due to be fair to everyone and to ensure the smooth journey for my runner to deliver each bouquet. Delivery will starts from 10 am. For office, we will make sure the delivery settled before 5 pm and before 7pm to a house. Kindly ensure there is someone who is able to receive the flowers incase your recipient is not around.
CHANGING ADDRESS
We only accept if the changes is made a day before delivery. Once the delivery is out, we cant change anymore. We really want to make the job of our riders as easy as possible and that includes giving them full and accurate addresses. Any inaccurate or incomplete addresses might result to an undelivered bouquet. For second attempt delivery, they will be extra delivery charge.
